Of all the gallery stories I have written for this website, this one is probably my favorite for a multitude of reasons. I have known Laura and Andrew for YEARS, and so it should come to no surprise that I was immediately on board to shoot their wedding when asked. Their day was unlike any other that I have had the privilege to shoot. From the location (a museum) to the dress (a beautiful, dark gown), to the bouquets (their favorite books), to the recpetion among skeletons and the largest grizzly bear in West Tennessee, every aspect of their day was as unique as the couple it represented. I think there’s a lot we can all learn from Laura and Andrew. Always stay true to yourself. The most perfect wedding day is the one that looks and feels like you. And the best wedding vows are laced with a lot of food puns.
